2L Lab Spray Dryer
The bechtop lab mini spray dryer is mainly used for powder prodcution in lab. It is widely used in college, research institute and food or medicine field. The dryer suits all kind of solutions like emulsion and suspension. It also suits to thermal sensitive materials such as biologicals, biopesticide and enzymes. Activity of the material won’t get affected when drying.
The lab spray dryer is of two-stage heating, it can reach the preset temperature within 1-2 minutes, which is much convenient for the experiment. Compared with the traditional lab spray dryer, it has lower moisture content in the powder product. During the experiment process, it will maintain the uniform spray, and material won’t stick onto the wall.
The connection is sealed with spacer and clamp, so that there is no leakage. It is widely used in universities, research institute and food processing companies.

Features:
